  • Project Role :Network Operations Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Design specialist solutions in line with business needs. Act as a service fulfillment and program SME and be accountable for tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client. Deliver business value to the project and work with clients on performance and process optimization.

  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems both remote and onsite and for configured services running on various platforms operating within a defined operating model and processes 2 Support Cisco-Routing / Switching configurations 3 Working knowledge with Encryption Technologies/Virtual Private Networks 4 Working in knowledge in Vulnerability management products Qualys guard, Lan guard 5 Troubleshooting any complex network security issues

    • Technical Experience :       1 Knowledge of general networking technologies LAN, WAN, WLAN, DNS/DHCP, Proxy 2 Experience with Juniper and Cisco devices 3 Experience with TCP/IP and other networking protocols IPX, UDP, ICMP, IPSec, GRE, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, FTP 4 Authentication, authorization, encryption mechanisms LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS, PKI, SSL, SSH

    • Professional Attributes :       1 Good communication skills 2 Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups 3 Ability to plan activities well in advance and takes in to account possible changing circumstances 4 Ability to work well in a pressurized environment
